Please note if you have ANY type of voucher for the salon you will need to call or email to book. We will be extending vouchers that expired during lockdown but please speak to us soon as we have now been able to offer all our treatments again for sometime! 

The “New Normal” - The “New Rules” 

 

I’ve put together a little list to let you know what to expect when you next visit us

 

Prior to your appointment you maybe sent a Covid Questionnaire. Please make sure we have your correct email address & check your junk mail. If we do not send it prior to your appointment you maybe asked to fill on in on your arrival. We also have the NHS track & trace QR code available on arrival should you wish to scan it. 

 

When you arrive please sanitise your hands. We have a sanitising station at the front of the salon. 

We may also ask you to then wash your hands. We have additional hand sanitiser throughout the salon. If you touch your face, mask, hair, belongings etc please re- sanitise your hands. Please try not to keep touching your mask throughout your treatments. Please keep your nose covered to help protect US. 

 

You will be required to wear a mask. Please bring your own. If you forget or can’t get one you can purchase one from us for £1

 

Card Payments are preferred but we can still take cash. 

 

Please come to your appointment alone, we cannot have extra visitors at the salon. 

 

Please arrive for your appointment on time. Wait outside until you are invited in. 

We cannot let you in the salon early - please be mindful of guests visiting the hairdressers next door.

 

Keep your belongings to a minimum, please do not touch your phone during your treatment.

 

Cleaning of equipment & work areas will be done between clients. We will also change any PPE required. We will be wearing Visors & masks for all treatments. 

 

Sorry no toilet facilities will be available at this time (we will review this regularly) 

 

We can serve you with water & hot drinks during SOME treatments

 

Reception desk will not be used. We will take payment & make your appointments at the nail desk or at the treatment room to reduce movement & contact within the salon. 

If you feel unwell please call ASAP to reschedule your appointment. 48hr rules apply to all other circumstances.

 

You will not be able to “pop in” to make an appointment - please book online.
